Mouthy is a trade name of Mickey Muis Holding B.V. (KvK 92194486). These terms apply to every order in the Mouthy web shop. In short: you pay what it says, we ship fast, and you have 14 days to change your mind.

1. Who we are

Mickey Muis Holding B.V., trading as Mouthy.

We reply to email within two working days.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer from Mouthy and every contract made through the web shop. You can read, save or print them here before you order.

Where these terms differ from the law to your disadvantage as a consumer, the law prevails.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown in your bag and at checkout, before you pay. The Year Set always ships free.

We do our best to show everything accurately. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the printed book. An obvious mistake or typo in the offer does not bind us.

4. The contract

The contract is made when you complete your order and the payment succeeds. You then receive a confirmation by email.

If we cannot fulfil an order for a good reason, for example because a colour has sold out, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund you within 14 days.

5. Payment

You pay in advance through our payment provider Mollie, with iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact or Apple Pay (the available methods are shown at checkout). We never see your payment details ourselves.

6. Delivery

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Ordered on a working day, your order usually arrives within 2 working days. If that ever fails, we will let you know. We deliver within 30 days at the latest; if we cannot, you may cancel free of charge and get your money back straight away.

The risk of damage or loss passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to you (or to someone you have nominated).

7. Right of withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind

As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If an order with several books arrives in separate parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last one.

Tell us within those 14 days at hello@mouthyplanner.com. A short email is enough; you may also use the model form at the bottom of this page. Then send the book back within 14 days to Mouthy, Noorderplas 25, 6718 LJ Ede, the Netherlands.

During this period, only handle the book as you would in a shop: looking is fine, writing in it is not. If a book has been written in or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

We refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the book or you have shown that you sent it back. Return shipping costs are yours.

8. Something wrong?

A book should arrive intact, properly bound and do what you can reasonably expect. If it does not, email us within a reasonable time after you notice the defect, ideally with a photo. We will send you a new copy or refund you. Your statutory rights always apply.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness. This never limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The name Mouthy, the design of “Today, please.”, the copy, photos and illustrations belong to us. You are very welcome to fill the book, but not to copy or sell the design.

11. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to hello@mouthyplanner.com. We acknowledge them within 2 working days and give a full answer within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit the dispute through the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Dutch law applies to these terms and every contract with us. If you live in Belgium, you keep the protection Belgian consumer law gives you.
